All appointment inquiries, re-ordering contact lenses, or any questions or concerns you may have please call our office during hours, or you can leave a message anytime.

We ask that you leave your full name as well as a telephone number you can be reached at. Appointments run in 1/2 hour slots (i.e. 10, 10:30, 11)

We will confirm any appointments or help to accommodate you as best we can.

**If you are a new patient contacting us for an appointment, please leave Patients name, Date of Birth, and Insurance information (Including any ID#, Plan Member's Name and Date of Birth) (VSP, DAVIS VISION, AND EYEMED MEMBERS= ID#s are usually the member's social security number, so please be prepared to provide us with that information. If you don't feel comfortable using the email, again, leave a phone number you can be reached out where we can get any further information from you.)
