For all appointment inquiries, re-ordering contact lenses, or any questions you may have please call during office hours.

During the COVID-19 situation, appointments will run every hour. Appointments are confirmed 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Any missed appointments will be charged IN FULL for the visit. Please call the office one day prior to your visit if you need to reschedule or are unable to make the appointment.
For new patients, please have the following information ready when scheduling your appointment:
Patient's name, date of Birth, and insurance information (Including any ID #, Plan Member's Name and Date of Birth)
